SmarterMail Overview
Email accounts provided by JerseyConnect (including all lmxac.org email accounts) all utilize the SmarterMail software platform. See below for basic information. If you have questions or experience problems with your email, please submit a ticket.

Login with your full account and domain name: user@lmxac.org
All LMxAC email account holders are required to comply with our

Basic Operations
Changing Your Password
To change your password, click on the
gear icon to access your
Settings page. Then click the
Change Password button:
Type your
Old Password, then create a
New Password that meets the guidelines. Type the new password again to confirm. Click
Save to update your password.
Additional Features
SmarterMail comes with several additional features, including calendars and shared workspace tools.
